We supply a trail package with a 10 children limit. that you can download from this site. This allows you to fully evaluate OakTree. Once you have decided that OakTree is just what you need, you pay a registration fee of £199 + VAT. This entitles you to a code which will remove the 10 children limit, and gives you access to support via fax, email or post and free updates for one year when available. Telephone support, on-site installation, consultancy and training and customised reports/invoices are available at additional cost.
Installation and training are available at £300 + VAT per day. If is not possible to travel to your location and back within the same day then additional charges may arise. We can discuss this with you in more detail if you request this service.
If you would like your nursery logo added to any of the standard reports (such as your invoice) we can do this for £45 + VAT per report. For any other type of modification, or the creation of a new report specific to your own requirement, we will be pleased to quote for.
