All of the information shown in the above invoice has been picked up automatically from the OakTree database. Apart from entering any amendments for sessions missed, for holidays, or any one-off charges, the invoices can be generated every month by just clicking a few buttons. The invoice can be customised to include your logo if desired.
Here is an example register:
The registers in OakTree are split to show over two year olds grouped in the categories shown above and the under twos separately. You have to select the day of the week and specify the month and year. In the example above, I requested the register for Mondays in January 1999. OakTree then worked out the date of each Monday and organized the data for me. I also specified an extra blank line at the end of each category for adding in new starters by hand during the month. You can specify more blank lines if you wish.
You can request registers for any month in the current year or next year. Many people find this facility useful in planning future capacity.
